Agency Goal: To provide programs, activities and recreational facilities which will adequately meet the current and future needs of the residents of the Village of Roxana and surrounding communities.
Objectives:
Primary: To provide enjoyable leisure experiences to resident and area guests who participate in our programs and visit our facilities.
Present: To continue to maintain and upgrade existing programs and facilities to ensure their availability for future generations.
Future: To expand programs to meet the changing needs of the community and encourage additional improvements and development of facilities and recreational areas.
Financial: To effectively manage our revenue resources to ensure financial success and maintain sound fiscal responsibility, while investing and pursuing additional sources of income.
Staffing: To recruit and sustain qualified and valuable employees who are dedicated to teamwork and quality service and to promote continuing education for all.
Professional: To strive to emphasize honesty and integrity as well as ethical and professional business practices in order to earn and maintain the respect of our residents, guests and cooperating agencies.
